Dunfermline’s Pecha Kucha is back, and it’s in a brand new venue, the award-winning Dunfermline Carnegie Library and Galleries. It seems appropriate that the honour of the inaugural exhibition in the community gallery in the new Dunfermline Carnegie Library and Galleries should go to Stephen Ratomski, long recognised as one of the Dunfermline’s most well known and admired artists.
