Outwith celebrates all sorts of making from music, art, writing and…sushi! On Wednesday 7th September the festival brings you the opportunity to learn how to make perfect sushi in a one off masterclass at Koku Shi. The popular Dunfermline restaurant becomes an Outwith venue for the first time as their experienced sushi chef shares the secrets of the art of sushi making and you can eat what you make!
