Fife Farm Shop, Inverkeithing

Pia Gradaus decided to open the Fife Farm Shop, Inverkeithing in July 2016. Inspired by the Fife Diet, she co-founded the Inverkeithing Food Group two years ago, and that experience led her to the shop idea. Originally from Germany, she settled in Scotland after studying at the University of Edinburgh and became a qualified paralegal after a variety of jobs including building fences in the north of Scotland and salmon sales. The shop is open six days a week – closed on Sundays and a half day closing on a Wednesday. (Pia, pictured below on opening day, with husband, David Welsh)
