de Brus beer and cider is brewed by David Austin and his team at The Bruery, which is also a bar and bistro in the centre of Dunfermline.
They say: ‘We have an enviable range of craft beers made on the premises as well as ciders and speciality ales. Since creating the de Brus beers in 2011 we have seen the demand rise rapidly …We decided to create a home (The Bruery) for the beers, somewhere suitable to serve them in their finest condition.
