With seven generations of baking heritage to draw on Campbells in Crieff is starting a bake school. Established in 1830, Campbells is one of Scotland’s oldest bakeries. headed up by seventh generation award winning baker Iain Campbell and his wife Ailsa, a graphic designer. Dunfermline Italian restaurant Ciao Italia is celebrating Italy’s pasta heritage throughout March, with the launch of its ‘pasta festa’ or ‘pasta party’. The original Shiski Disco was held on the Isle of Arran in the community centre in Shiskine. A minibus would travel round the island and pick folks up and take them to the dancing.
