If you are a guest at wedding you might not expect to serve the food. At this Scottish wedding, the bride and groom, Kate and Paul Symington, from Dollar were asked to nominate a guest from each table to serve their fellow diners. Fortunately, wedding outfits were kept pristine because the caterers,  Wild Rover Food from Charlestown, near Dunfermline, who cook from an old Land Rover army kitchen, provided the servers with Wild Rover aprons.    The informality didn’t stop there. The couple chose a ‘diy’ venue,  Comrie Croft near Crieff and the beautiful styling was by Get Knotted, from Kelso, who also did the time lapse video above. Wild Rover also served hot chocolate and Mulled wine when everyone arrived. Both Kate and Paul had their own cocktails specially made for the occasion by Martin Duffy and his team from solid liquids who ran the bar.

And what’s more, the amateur waiters had fun, so the next time you go to a wedding, don’t be surprised if you end up serving the guests.
